The Contentverse Help Center can be accessed by clicking on Help in your Contentverse Enterprise Desktop, Enterprise Web, Professional, or Administration client. This will take you to the Help Center page specific to your client. Administrators don’t have to worry about Professional users wading through Enterprise client content to find their answers – each client page is separate and distinct. If users want to access the help videos, they can click down to the Q/A section used on our more robust clients’ pages. Here, you can find your question and then click to navigate to the videos fit to answer it. Each video section falls under a category, such as system setup or workflow, and each video covers a sub-topic of that category. These videos were created to teach the solution with every user in mind, so any Contentverse customer can easily navigate the Center and find the right answers in the instructional videos. If users need more help with their issue, they can get their query out to support staff with ease.
