Freshly Frozen Foods proudly boasts more than 200 employees. They are equipped with all latest technologies, laboratories to carry out research work, and other resources that assist in releasing the best products and services in their range. Their operational support structure needed updating to address their current and ever-expanding business processes carried out at their state-of-the-art office facilities in UAE. They needed a comprehensive digital ECM solution to encompass the input and processing of between 3,000 to 5,000 documents a day. These files are designated by in excess of sixty document types, generated, and received by thirteen different departments in four locations.

The Solution

While some physical documents must still be retained, these are also tracked by the system.
