Moving Forward into the new year with the all new Contentverse 2021
Last year, we revolutionized our product with Contentverse 2020. This year, we took another big step forward while continuing to enhance the newest features and options. We are excited to introduce Contentverse 2021, the latest version of our Enterprise Content Management solution. With our commitment to continue improving speed, performance, and user experience, this new Contentverse version also includes a host of new features adding to the benefits of transforming your digital environment.
Document Templates allow you to customize document creation, making it easier to create and work with documents that need to be generated repeatedly within your business. Expanded eSignature options allow you to eSign and approve documents more easily. And batch processing files has never been so versatile. More than ever before, with Contentverse 2021, you’re never far from everything you need.
Major Additions to Contentverse
A big part of the latest from Computhink is the emphasis on web-based access and capabilities, so that users connecting from anywhere and any device can work with the full feature set of an ECM solution without having to install.
With a Microsoft Office integration, a document can be edited either in its original app or in Contentverse before saving it to the system. Users logging into the Contentverse Enterprise Web client can now easily create and store documents using templates. You can set template-based docs to get saved to specific folders upon creation. The template feature can be available to everyone, or an admin can set it so that it’s just available for certain users, as with other access options in Contentverse. By uploading and establishing a library of templates for the documents and forms your organization frequently uses, you can speed up tasks and simplify operations.
Serving verticals across the board, Contentverse is an ECM for every organization. The solution can be easily adapted to your business needs by creating folders, a navigation structure, workflows, and permissions that fit your departments, company roles, and business processes. Contentverse is your all-encompassing, end-to end solution for managing your business documents and content from creation to distribution. Templates are another tool in that toolbox.
Fluid Sharing and Collaboration
It’s even simpler to sign and approve documents in workflow now. Users can easily draw and register their signature using either their mouse or a connected drawing pad. They can apply the registered signature on documents when needed and automatically place the date/time it was applied with their name. You can still instead choose to load a stamp version as well. Users can even burn their eSignature into the file, leaving a permanent mark of approval for later parties in the workflow.
Our customers’ security drives many of the best features in Contentverse, and we want data discretion and safety to extend beyond the scope of your organization when needed. Last year, we introduced Content Sentinel so that users could easily share files with those outside of their business by sending a secure link via email with the option to modify or read-only. Automating sharing is even easier with regular recipients, so sending to the same contractor or customer you talk to every week will be a piece of cake. All without losing any of the security that keeps your data safe.
We have also updated the overall user experience in the Enterprise Web Application interface, making onboarding and usability much simpler and easier. The floating, expandable menu over your viewed document for instance offers quick options for amending the document or changing the view. Administrators can also apply their own company logo in the Enterprise Web Application when utilizing Contentverse as a portal for unique use cases, such as customer access with concurrent seats.
The Contentverse Enterprise Content Management solution
Every year, we listen to what our customers need, and our experts expand the feature set to accommodate evolving digital environments. After 2020, with so many organizations adjusting to remote collaboration, the Computhink dev team stepped up to see what we could do to streamline that transition. With the clear benefits some organizations are experiencing with distributed teams, remote work isn’t going away any time soon, and Contentverse isn’t either. Whatever the next year holds, our ECM will be there to meet the challenges alongside you. Contentverse 2021 is the first step in a new decade of continued enhancement and committed service from Computhink.
