Established in 1973 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the Fathima Group of Companies has evolved a particular focus on modern retail with twenty-two business verticals across the Middle East. Now, four thousand employees strong, they needed a digital resolution to augment their business processes. Challenges

The Fathima Group has state-of-the-art facilities in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) where they have stored and managed valuable, confidential documents. File types include Local Purchase Orders, Goods Received Notes, Tax Invoices BPM, Cheque Receipt, and Purchase Return – all of which are used and referred to on a regular basis.

After delivery, the Fathima Group was creating and/or keeping local purchase orders, purchase returns, bank payment vouchers, and check receipts. These documents were stored in separate warehouses, so the transportation and operations associated with each type of document, including subsequent follow up actions, were time-consuming and painfully slow.
