Automated Capture Solution for Contentverse ECM with Easy Index

Easy Index is designed to perform all of the steps necessary to process, verify, and export images in one continuous workflow rather than requiring the user to click extra buttons each time to initiate the next step. Easy Index is capable of performing all of these tasks completely automated.
The solution uses zonal Optical Character Recognition technology to extract data in specific locations on your document, so you extract only the data you need for maximum accuracy. Easy Index also utilizes Optical Mark Reading (such as checkmarks), and picks up on barcodes and regular expressions to extract data from documents. If your index information is already available in another application database, then why not utilize it? Easy Index will automatically perform a lookup in the chosen database to autofill the fields based on pre-existing values.
