YWCA Metropolitan Chicago Wins Contentverse Giveaway Contest
Computhink is pleased to announce the winner of their 2015 Giving Back ECM Give Away to the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago. The award, adjudicated by Mr. Allen Podraza, Director of Records Management & Archives at the American Medical Association (AMA), Mr. Peter Freehan, Director of IT for the Clerics of St. Viator, and Joseph Wharram, President of Computhink, Inc. today awarded this non-profit organization as the winner. They receive the free package of Contentverse Enterprise Content Management software and professional services valued at $25,000.
After a very successful final quarter of 2015, Computhink looked to give back to the Chicagoland community. They started the contest early in the winter season, when many businesses and non-profits struggle to stay organized and keep operations running smoothly.
The YWCA Metropolitan Chicago is the oldest and largest women’s organization in the region, helping over 150,000 women today and more for 140 years. YWCA Chicago has grown from just 13 impassioned women in 1876 to 120 employees in locations across the city and surrounding suburbs.
In order to maintain their constant commitment to racial justice and personal empowerment in Chicagoland, leaders of YWCA Metropolitan Chicago have evolved their business model over the years to incorporate the right technology and innovations. “Incorporating Computhink’s ECM solution will allow us to continue our efforts to transform the YWCA from a 140 year old social services agency to a 21st Century Social Enterprise”, said Dorri McWhorter, CEO YWCA Metropolitan Chicago. Computhink is proud to be working with this outstanding enterprise to increase the YWCA’s accessibility, efficiency, and impact.
The organization will receive Contentverse installation, training, and support, all free of charge. The Enterprise Content Management system is built to handle the processing, organization, and workflow of large numbers of documents every day. It’s the perfect solution for the YWCA to utilize in both their day-to-day activities and long term goals.
Computhink has a history of working with non-profit companies, and carrying on that tradition is part of the inspiration for this contest. Contentverse is a versatile platform suitable for any industry or business model. You can find out more about Computhink and their ECM solution, Contentverse, at www.contentverse.com.
